They can improve vision, protect skin, and fight infections. Pineapple is a tropical fruit that is sweet, juicy, and contains bromelain. It can aid digestion, reduce inflammation, and support wound healing.  Ginger is a spicy root that has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral properties. It can soothe the stomach, stimulate digestion, and relieve nausea.
